THE LIBRARY HAS CHANGED TO NEW ONLINE SOFTWARE!

Merrimack Valley Library Consortium

As of Thursday May 18, the Merrimack Valley Library Consortium (MVLC) –of which Flint Memorial Library is a member–has changed to a new online software.

Library patrons will immediately notice that the MVLC patron catalog has a different view and layout. Patrons that had their devices set up to “remember” them for the purpose of remaining logged in to their account will find that they cannot log in to their account anymore. You will need to make an initial login to the new system. All usernames were reset to the 14 digits on the back of your library card and all passwords (pin) were reset to the last 4 digits of the phone number on your library account. You may customize your username and password after an initial login and you can then, if you wish, set up your device(s) to “remember” you for the purpose of remaining logged in to your account.

With this change will come an enhanced patron experience but we will all need some time to adjust.

We appreciate your patience as we learn the new system and we encourage any and all questions that you may have.

Thank you.
